First, our bands are made of high quality latex (not rubber bands which are much cheaper and tend to break easily). They are stronger and able to stretch further. You will feel the same resistance after a dozen reps. These bands are made of latex, not materials such as Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) - TPE materials cost 40% less, are not gentle to skin and much less durable. Second, our bands are comfortable, soft and easy on the skin. I recently started my weight loss journey and needed some resistance bands that were short to work my hips and more. These were affordable and exactly what I was expecting. I would recommend these to anyone looking to exercise at home. I also take them to work to get a few reps in on my breaks. While nothing can actually make workouts fun, these bands come pretty close to making them tolerable. Each band is clearly marked by amount of tension, but they can also be identified by color (lightest has least amount of tension to darkest having the most resistance). They stay well around my hips, not riding up or sliding down my leg when doing exercises. The carrying pouch makes it easy to keep the bands tucked away into a small space. This pack is a great variety so it’s it’s good for many types of exercises. They do work very well except sometimes they tend to roll up/down when I use them for certain leg exercises. But it’s not every time so I would still recommend these. I’ve had others that have snapped while I was using them and these have held up great so far. By a senior, I'm talking about an 82 year old. I need to strengthen my legs and it works very good and easy to do while sitting. I put the strap under my foot and feed my other leg through the loop and place the other end of the loop just above my knee. Then Iift that knee up and down for 12 reps, repeat on the other leg. It works great for arms also. But start out with the lightless band and work up, unless you're muscle bound.
I ordered these bands because I wanted to try resistance bands but did not want to spend a great deal of money on them as I was not sure if I would like them. This set was delivered on time and they are exactly what the item page says they are. I have used them a few times now and am quite happy with my purchase. I had looked at many different bands on Amazon but because these had been reviewed by so many people I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. These are good value for money and a viable alternative to buying increasingly expensive sets of dumbbells as your strength increases. These are the shorter form of resistance bands so whilst they support a wide range of exercises (see youyube for loads of examples), they can't do everything. I'm considering buying some longer bands later. Resistance bands are great for maintaining health and fitness during lock down when you have restricted space to work out and to store equipment. Absolutely love them.
They offer so many different strengths for various excersises. Just watch out for sellers other than Fit Simplify. Facebook and Instagram have lots of videos and ideas how to use them.The first order I did was a fake bands with no logos on them. And after noticing that under same listing was 2 different sellers..one was ZHRETAIL and other was Fit Simplify. And the bands from Fit Simplify have so much more density and they are thicker and not so flimsy like the other ones. The fake ones are thin and shiny but the original ones are almost matt. The other seller seems to have disappeared from the same listing now after I sent them an email saying they are selling fake product under the exact same description.
