Well made, useful, okay battery (I can get through an entire day easily), and has a ton of features to make it useful. I got these watches for my mom and sister as well, they’re not necessarily a must have but i very much enjoy having it. Also, it’s not a top of the line model but I’m hard on it (unintentionally…I have horses and work in animal rescue on top of my “real” job…it takes a beating) and I have no issues with the body or function. I use screen protectors but no bumper on it, and it still looks brand new.I got the 40 mm size and it is plenty big enough. It’s a great smart watch with intuitive controls. The only downside I can see is the battery only gets me through one day, which admittedly I knew before I bought. Overall great watch from Apple.

It is absolutely seamless. I can say “hey siri, open rear trunk with Tessie “ if my hands are full with dogs/groceries.I can say “hey siri, pull up doorbell camera” using the “watch cam” app for 3$. I can use google assistant to control my Govee devices by saying “hey siri, hey Google turn on bedroom lights to blue”It is an extra 2 words but not that bad.“Hey siri, turn on bedroom heater”.I bought this mainly to be able to use my tesla (climate, frunk and trunk) without even pulling my phone out. This is next level car control.I then realized I could connect it to my house automations and it spiraled from there .The other features , to be simply described as mirroring your phone (texts calls photos music etc) is flawless. Perfectly designed and easy. I love the keyboard you draw the word and it transcribes into text, it’s very very easy.The heart rate steps etc are also great info to have . Just fun to study.
I have my face set as a custom modular face incorporating :Heartbeat, Clock and date, Google nest cameras, Tesla control.Amazing ! Battery life gets me thru whole day with plenty to spare . Charges fast too. Easy peasy. Great purchase. Light on the wrist too.I was skeptical at first when I bought this watch seeing as it was the SE version which automatically made me assume it would be cheaply made and inoperable. Boy was I wrong. I have had one Apple Watch prior to this one and this one is better in every aspect. The battery life is about a day and a half for me which is comparable to most smart watches. The display looks very robust and appealing. I haven’t had any issues with the heart rate monitor or the sleep tracker which are both freaking awesome and accurate. I saw many other reviews saying the smaller version can be a bit hard to read which I haven’t had any problems with at all. It’s very easy to use and there are tons of applications for it.I hope my review helped clear up any doubts people me be having while browsing for a new smart watch. This one won’t disappoint.
I am excited to own an Apple Watch now. This is my very first one and only one I’ve ever used. I just wish the battery lasted longer than a day and the alerts for standing were more accurate and easily able to disable when you don’t want them alerting you. I hope more apps are available and more cool features. I like that it has different watch faces and it’s easy to change them and get new ones and make your own. You can voice text and voice chat as if you were on speaker phone right phone your wrist so if you get up and go into the kitchen and leave your phone on the couch you can just answer and talk and get your food and it’s all hands free and works well you can hear and speak normally. You don’t even have to hold it up to your face or anything.
