I purchased two chairs for our new home office. The chairs are super easy to put together and the material quality is top notch. We love how they glide on our hardwood floor without scratching (you can purchase blade wheels if you like). We love the adjustments especially since we're so different in height / size (I'm 6'7" and my wife is 5'5"). The tilt up arms are such a great feature. The chairs are really sturdy and comfortable. The tension knob for the back rest works really well. We did not install the headrest, but I can see how people could enjoy it. The lumbar support for me is great, but with my wife being shorter, her back does not touch the back rest completely. I reached out to GABRYLLY through email about the additional lumbar support pillow. Within hours I received an email back ready to help us. After I gave our order info, GABRYLLY sent us the lumbar pillow. Not only are the chairs awesome, but so is the customer service, which is rare these days. I hope you enjoy these chairs like we are.I've spent the better part of two weeks in search of a good chair to replace a 10 year old dilapidated chair that's served me well over the years.
I checked out so many chairs on Amazon, local stores and sites like Staples, Office Depot, and others. I even looked on Amazon for Gaming Chairs as they seemed like they would be comfortable. To my dismay didn't find one to my liking. Being an Amazon Prime Member for 14 years now, I continued my search on Amazon. That's when I stumbled upon this GABRYLLY Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair. I read all the reviews and at first was hesitant to purchase it online as was asking myself - 'Oh no! What if I don't like it, how will go about returning such a bulky chair. I took a leap of faith and went ahead and ordered it online, and was far less expensive than those I saw in local furniture stores and other websites. It arrived in two days as promised, and I was very excited to assemble it, and the first thing that I came to mind was: "Oh boy, I wonder how long this was going to take me to put it together!".
To my surprise and amazement, it literally took me more time to unbox and take out all of meticulous wrapping which was done to perfection; and assembling the chair was a breeze, just following along the detailed instructions that came with it. I had it done and rolling to my study in about 15 to 20 minutes tops. Upon sitting on the chair for the first time, I knew there and then that I made the right decision in purchasing this office chair.
It's super comfortable and the ergonomic design was really to my liking. The headrest was so nice and can easily be adjusted in so many ways. I also like that the armrests can be lifted up and placed out of the way, so that you can roll the chair closer to the table and be in a more comfortable position when typing on the on my various computers. The adjustments you can do on the chair was also well though of and such a breeze. For example, I adjusted the tension of how easy it would be to lean back and rock back and forth. Folks, look no further!! This chair fits me to a T!! I am 6"2' about 155 lbs and the GABRYLLY Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair is super comfortable and the manufacturer went to great length to build this quality chair and paid so much to details, such as the legs where you can place your feet is also testament of how much went into its design. Rotating and rolling back the chair are also very quiet and smooth. In conclusion, as you can see in the photos I've posted, my study/computer room, is my 'Man Cave' as my wife would call it and this chair was a perfect addition, and couldn't be happier.
Congrats to those behind the scenes who paid such close attention to details, and made this chair very easy to assemble and extremely comfortable to use. Thanks and God Bless to all.I purchased another office chair in early 2021 (for home use), at a time when there were fewer options (during the pandemic), and it was a US company, and it looked like it was well-made -- but well, it really wasn't (Anonymous). The installation was difficult, it had some manufacturing defects, it wasn't really that comfortable, and it broke after 2 1/2 years (and the warranty had run out). So, I ordered this chair from Gabrylly (after many great reviews), and what a contrast! Let me go point by point:
1) The chair was delivered the same day by Amazon. Wow.
2) The packaging was excellent, everything fits nicely in one box, and was well-protected.
3) The assembly was simple -- it took less than an hour, using only one tool provided by the vendor.
4) The price was about $100 less than my prior chair.
5) The chair is all made of durable mesh, which is a better surface to sit on, and doesn't attract as much dust (and dog hair).
6) The chair adjustments are perfectly adequate to allow me to adjust the ergonomics appropriately. Nothing too fancy, but it is perfect for my needs.
7) The headrest is extremely comfortable, and adjustable. My prior chair had one too, so I knew I wanted this feature.
8) The arms are adjustable, and can be tilted up so that I can slide the chair under my desk (out of the way)! Nice feature!
9) It's a great looking chair. I chose the Gray option.
10) I've used the chair for several days, and can safely say this chair is much more comfortable -- due to the use of mesh (versus a cushion, as with my prior chair) for the main support. I typically work 8 hours per day in this chair.
11) I've never had to use the Customer Support, but based on other reviews, I'm guessing that it will be very good.
12) The warranty is for more than 2 years (5 years!).
13) As I was checking my recent order on Amazon, I noticed a price drop. So, I reached out to their Customer Support team, and they are crediting me the difference. Wow! I have read many other reviews about the awesome customer support, so I should not have been surprised.
Overall, a great chair -- at an even better price today.
So, I can unequivocally say, this was a very good purchase, and I'm very happy with this awesome chair.
